He is professional in the Molecular Biology; Pharmaceutical; the Chemical engineering; Agriculture and food; Medical technology; Macromolecular chemistry and Organic fine chemistry fields. Prior to being founder of PROINVEN, Chinh spent many years in the large domestic and abroad intellectual property law firms. EXPERIENCE: -Provided expert advice to clients on complex patent matters and disputes; -Drafted patent specifications to accurately capture novelty and inventiveness while ensuring the broadest possible protection; -Filed and successfully registered inventions with the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam; -Professionally translated patent specifications; -Proofread patent specifications; -Conducted IP searches. BIOGRAPHY Phuong Lan is the managing director of PROINVEN. She specializes in all aspects of patent prosecution relating to Electrical and Communication, Semiconductors, Telecommunications, Economic and Financial and advises on cancellations, oppositions, and appeals. Prior to being the managing director of PROINVEN, Phuong Lan spent more than 08 years in the large local intellectual property law firms where she handled 450 patent cases in these fields.
